步骤1： 安装Speech Platform v11

• go here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27225
• click "Download"
• select the "x64\_SpeechPlatformRuntime\SpeechPlatformRuntime.msi"
• run the installer

第2步：获得备用声音

• go here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27224
• click "Download"
• select the voice files you want. > GB\_Hazel和US\_ZiraPro音质较佳
• run the installers for each (duh :P)

第3步：提取注册表令牌

• Open Regedit
• Under - HKEY\_LOCAL\_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Speech Server\v11.0\Voices - right click the "Tokens" folder and export. Save this file to your desktop as voices1.reg so it will be easy to find later.
• Under - HKEY\_LOCAL\_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Speech Server\v11.0\Voices - right click "Tokens" and again export it, again to the desktop. Call it voices2.reg.

第4步：编辑voices1/2文件

• open Voices1.reg in Notepad.
• press "cntrl + H"
• enter \Speech Server\v11.0\ into the "Find What" field
• enter \Speech\ into the "Replace With" field
• click "Replace All"
• Save File
• Repeat a-f with the Voices2.reg file

第5步：将新的注册表文件合并到注册表中

• double click to "run" both Voices1.reg and Voices2.reg
• Click "Yes" when it prompts
